This top is intact a dress. Well was a dress. Put a dress in a dryer on the wrong setting and you get a not shirt not dress length. Some I guess might still consider it a dress. I couldn't possibly.
This skirt is in fact a maxi skirt. Take top roll a few times and viola you have a midi.

Some I can wear as a long flowy shirt but this one has pockets so it bunches/hits right about my thighs/bum which are not exactly my friends. So don't need something that just adds bulk :)
